The first Senior Freeze payments for the 2025 benefit year were issued July 15, 2026 for applications filed by about May 1. Later filers pay September 1, November 1, or December 1.
File your PAS-1 by November 2, 2026 and expect the first quarterly Stay NJ installment for the 2025 benefit year around February 2027, subject to state budget appropriations.
